Guess a white synthetic leather ostrich texture material.Silver hardware and logo and it has a 4 pockets two inside pockets, one for a cell phone ,credit card and a zippered one.It is an excellent spring / summer bag with a grayish white material and texture. It looks like an expensive bag and it is in perfect condition with no signs of use , rips, tears or stains on the outside. Check out the pictures there is a fading stain on the inside from hands going in and out
