I bought this in late 2019, and the crystal fell out. Gucci fixed it, but it fell out once again. Could be easily replaced. Retail was $600 asking $100 OBO. Comes with original box, dust bag, and warranty card. The string on the dust bag has come out. Size medium, which translates to a seven.
