I love this shoes for spring all the way into fall.Very comfortable and I think it goes with a lot of outfit.One of the heel cushions was pilling so I took them out,that would explain the stains around the heel area.Pretty clean with no scratches just normal wear.They will come with one big dust bag that you can see in the pictures
