The Gucci Zumi handbag collection was first introduced during the Spring/Summer 2019 runway show in Paris in September 2018. The bag then became available in stores in February 2019 as part of the commercial release. The line was named after the actress and experimental musician Zumi Rosow, who carried the bag on the runway. The design is notable for merging two iconic Gucci codes.
