Gucci- Vintage 1977 Black Leather Belt- no buckle read

Sleek black leather belt. Perfect for any outfit. Measure: 35.25” End to end approximately size 28-32 Waist- needs a buckle I am the original owner of this. It was purchased in 1977 Gucci’s on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. The buckle has gone to my son, but remains this beautiful specimen of hand workmanship that Gucci was known for. It is coded and stamped. This does have a flaw, and you will see where some of the stitching has come loose and the belt to start it to gap: Pic 5. You could have this repaired by your leather crafts person or you could glue it or possibly you could take it to a Gucci boutique and ask them if they will repair it. Gucci had a policy that if something failed like the stitching that they would repair it and send it back to the craft person who initially sewed it. I know that Gucci is no longer owned by the family so that may not apply anymore, but it is an option to contact them and ask - beautiful leather.
