Lenses: **These are grey, gradient prescription lenses and offer 100% UV protection. I'm not sure of the exact prescription but they can easily be taken out and replaced with non-prescription lenses. Authenticity: My mother purchased these glasses from her eye doctors office and I have no reason to believe they are not 100% authentic. With the prescription lenses sold for $610 * "Made in Japan" *"CE" markings on the inner right temple *Model number and color code on the inner left temple *I do not have the original case- Comes with a soft sleeve The only damage or signs of wear are some very faint scratches on the frame arms and a couple tiny faint scratch marks on the upper part of the glasses near your eyebrow- None of these are noticeable but you can see in the photos where they are.
