These shoes are the finest that I have ever laid my hands on. You know you have a treasure before you ever touch them. They are impeccably gorgeous. There has been some wear to the upper soles, which have been repainted with special sole paint, but I have not noticed any other wear at all. There is a spot on the dust bag that was not there before, but I stood the shoes on it to photograph them, and I guess it left a mark, and I was afraid that I would mess something up if I tried to clean it. It may wipe right off. I did wrap the shoes in tissue paper before placing them in the dust bag, to protect them from touching each other.
