Do these run true to size? Any scuffs or damage with leather?

Yes they run true to size....they are immaculate, I take great care of my shoes....of course the bottoms have markings for wear.....there are no scuffs or tears....heels are excellent condition...pointed toes are excellent. I am very easy on shoes and have been playing lots of tennis and my foot has lengthened.
