Gucci Horsebit Peep Toe Black Platform Heel Pump European Size 37

I'm reposting this item I purchased from @macrinafelix. I got it for my sister and planned to fix the heels. Unfortunately, she said she can't wear such high heels anymore. So I never made it to a shoe repair and did not get an estimate. The heels are about 3.25" , shoes are in a good condition, except both the heels need some work. See all pictures please. Questions?
