The back is drooping at the handles. Handles are good shape, bag has been re-polished in its original color, corners have some slight wear and there are some surface scratches that you can see in certain light despite the paint/polish. Overall still a gorgeous workhorse of a bag if you like the lived-in look and want a bag that you don’t have to worry about messing up. Has traveled with me everywhere and been shoved under some airplane seats. :) You can attach your own thick shoulder strap to the rings on either side of bag if you prefer to carry it that way.
