I purchased this for my boyfriend for Christmas and he just started using it this last week. I know Gucci products and they do not do this. Why in the world would somebody sell me something like this. I’m horrified. I wasted my hard earned money. And have given an embarrassingly inferior gift. He has literally used this four days. within four days, it looks like this!? I want to return it and get a full refund.
