Gucci Cuff Watch Timepiece 1500

Gucci Cuff watch I purchase many years ago. The card is included. It has obvious signs of wear. I let my mother use it when I switched my taste to white gold. My mistake. It needs to be replated, meaning the gold has some wear also there are scratches but not on the glass. These wear signs are in the photos. I do not intend to take the time to see what can be done for it. I was told depending on the finish it could be 55 to 175 for this process. I have not serviced this watch but did take it in for a new battery 6/5/23. Today 6/6/23 when taking measurements I found that the jeweler replacing the battery, damaged the back plate and didn't tell me! I took it back in today to have a conversation about it and collect my other pieces. She lied to my face and told me it was like that when I brought it in. Then became condescending to me about the issue, outrageous! I will never do business in Grinnell again. I am uploading pictures of the back plate. Replating would be ideal on this one now.
