Gucci Brown Suede Tote Bag- please read for condition

Coming from my project pile/backstock is this Gucci Suede tom ford era tote. It had peeling on the interior and that is pretty much done and not really anything left but a tiny bit to clean up so it’s not really sticky or anything of that nature. Interior zipper is a bit stiff so needs a bit of work there. Exterior could use a bit of suede cleaner and the bottom leather trim has a bit of transfer from something as pictured.
