sashasmith23 @conniesmith171 hi there yes it absolutely fits a cell phone. It also fits my lip gloss EpiPen , inhaler ,credit cards it honestly is deceptive. It has a lot of space. :) it’s about 8 inches wide 5 inches high :) Let me know if I can help with anything else or if you would like additional pictures
