Clean interior with exception of 1 spot and exterior is great condition except corner wear tiny holes that can be patch or fixed. The serial code was removed by 1 of owners and has an odor trying to remove it myself. I never used it myself, but lots of life left. Excellent starter tote for first timers. Great laptop bag too.
