@darladuke I do have the bag and box, but the bag is a cloth shopping bag with Gucci printed on the front. It is not the traditional green silky bag that other purses have come with. I will add a photo of the receipt.

Hi! Is the strap long enough for crossbody? And is it the only strap? I was thinking this bag came with two straps but I could be wrong.
