Comfortable flowy cotton drop waist boutique dress with ikat pattern in navy and white. Can be worn on or off shoulder. Was sold as a Medium in boutique but has no size tag. Very flexible sizing; would fit most Small to Large. Worn twice, perfect like new condition.
