It is in very good overall condition with minor surface scratching visible - see photos. The outside of the case is signed, "10K GOLD FILLED" - see photos. The inside of the case back is signed, "CASED AND TIMED IN U.S.A BY GRUEN WATCH CO. WADSWORTH 10K GOLD FILLED" G451444 350 S 452- Case was made between 1943 and 1945 The case measures 13.37mm wide including the winding crown x 37.78mm long - see photos.
