petitecloset876 @tammy_eastwood they are! They generally fit from 10-35lbs. There are snaps in the front and sides to adjust the sizing❤️

petitecloset876 @sandsbur hello! I would say good/great to be safe. Some of them have some wear on the cotton but not affecting the elastic
