Groovy Vintage Handmade OOAK 1970s Reversible Red Blue Cropped Halter Tie Top

100% cotton would be my guess Handmade one of a kind Reversible to be blue or red - two tops in one! In excellent gently used vintage condition. No size tag obviously. Fits like a modern day small. There’s some wiggle room there as the neck and hem tie are completely adjustable via tie. See photos for measurements. Bottom hem is has alot of stretch. Add to a bundle with other items from my closet for a bigger bundled deal! :)
