The End of the zipper where the stopper is has come loose and needs a new one or to be sewn so that the zipper does not come off the bag. Believe it or not this bag was sold to me this way by a BST person. :/ Easy Fix For Someone That Knows How Or Is Willing To do This. I Would Take The Time But This Style Bag Just Doesn't Work For My Needs Anymore.
