This adorable dress was designed and created by Sugar Plums Children's Boutique. Dress bodice features Dr. Suess' Grinch on the front and snap closures on the back. Dress skirt also features panels of the Grinch and the Who's and gives your little one plenty of room to twirl. Matching hairbow is also included. Made from 100% cotton, dress is machine washable. Soft fabric makes it very comfortable for little ones. Available in sizes from 2T to 8. Measurements are given in last photo.
