Grey needle felted hat with purple needle felted ribbon

Grey needle felted hat with purple needle felted ribbon around it In good pre-loved condition. Handmade in York, Maine. I think this hat might have been washed so it’s more smaller then usual. Could be stretched out again with warm water or a steamer. Great hat for the winter!
