Grey lavender vintage work pants

Vintage work pants. Pretty grey lavender color. Ver settle white stripes. Belt loops. Zipper works fine but the tag is missing so you have to pull the zipper. Good condition. A little flare out style. Tag says size 1? I would say fits small or size 4 or xs. Waist is 14”
