This dress is in bright colors of navy, royal blue, Kelly green, light blue, and a dab of bright green. Empire waist with squared neckline and puffy sleeves with elastic at sleeve hem. Side seam pockets and elastic smocking on back.shoulder to hem is 52”, sleeve length is about 10”( sleeves can be worn off shoulder as well). Armpit to armpit is 17”.
