Green velvet Masonic coat

Mid-century Masonic cropped coat from Poland. Beautiful deep green velvet with gold and rope style embroidery. Has lions on sleeves. Gold silk lining has some areas of wear at pits and collar (pictured) cannot see when wearing. 3 snaps at collar perhaps to attach a cape?? Men’s Small or Women’s Medium.
