Green sky to moon o-ring cutout dress

Green sky to moon (boutique brand) o-ring cutout dress— same as the model but in green. Stunning O-ring and cutout mini dress with puff sleeves, open back with tie closure, lined, and elastic waist and sleeves. Size medium and fits true to size (tie is adjustable). On the shorter end. Worn but still in good condition (only worn 5 times or so). There is one loose string I could find photographed around the ring (seems like could easily cut)
