Green silk and chiffon look dress from local Madison boutique- perfect for holiday parties or formal events (polyester materials). Lovely detachable chiffon belt that ties around natural waist. Slight split at seam (pictured) and one belt loop no longer at one end but tie stays up perfectly well.
