Green patterned vintage maxi dress

Are you a 5 foot tall woman who dreams of wearing a maxi dress? This dress is for you. Nylon maxi dress from the 70s, given to me by me 92 year old neighbor when I was in high school. I think it was her daughter’s. Ruched back so it can fit a variety of sizes. 15” under bust unstretched 49” long Says 100% nylon but it’s that silky kind, not the scratchy kind. Perfect summer hangout dress. Not noticeable fraying at the seam on right side, easily fixable by someone who can sew. See last pic.
