Green convertible/reversible wrap dress/skirt

This has a lot of sentimental value for me, but I don't wear it enough so it's time to let go. Purchased in a shop in Buenos Aires, Argentina, but I don't remember original price and there's no brand. It is convertible-wear as a strapless dress or a wrap skirt-and reversible-wear green (black contrast stitching) or black (green contrast stitching). The elastic belt & buckle is what you use to pull it tight & hold it where you want it.
