maddison_linsey Your second order was shipped days ago but I can’t make your first order right until I receive the other order back. Because you asked for a return I have to do everything all over again. Instead of just rerouting the orders I have to fully cancel them both now. This has been nothing short of a nightmare. Just scrambling to fix it as best I can now but I can’t do that without receiving the order back obviously

maddison_linsey @morganizedmess I shipped your second order already as you can see here on the app, it’s been shipped. Poshmark informed us both when you asked to return your order instead of swap it for the correct order that you would have to return the order you received and then make your order again once I repost the dresses you wanted.

maddison_linsey @morganizedmess also the mix up was just a labeling issue. My assistant put the wrong label on the wrong box. I could have fixed the problem but you canceled the order and asked for a refund. So yes I am waiting on the package back because I have to cancel both orders and relist all the dresses….

Sorry for the hassle. I tried to arrange to just have the orders sent to the proper place but with a return approval I this is how I have to go about it.
