Cute green and black summer dress by Charlotte Russe size small. It is black on the chest and bottom of skirt. Material is stretchy jersey size. The breast area has plastic inside to hold the shape. Never worn, has been in my closet for a long time. Comes from a smoke-free home with dogs. Thanks for looking in my closet!
