Green and Brown Hankerchief Hem Silk Skirt

Handkerchief hem silk skirt. Brand, Liz Clairborne. The size and brand tag have been cut out but I purchased this at a Liz Claborne/Elizabeth store. Brown paisley print on green silk with brown polyester lining. Elastic waistband. Beautiful light and airy flow to the skirt. Waist- 18" Length- 26", measured at the lowest part of the hem.
