Green & White Stripe Short-Sleeve Button Down

A classic button down with an emerald green and white stripe print. From the brand Karen Scott Petites. Probably from the 90s. Short-sleeves, with one breast pocket. OK condition; note there is a small stain between the 2nd & 3rd button (from the bottom) and a small tear on one sleeve. (See final two pics.) The material and size tag have also been removed. It should fit a Small well, and I would guess the material to be a poly-cotton blend. Approx. Measurements: Chest - 19.25 Waist: 19.5" Length - 25" All items come from a smoke-free and pet-free home.
