I had this altered professionally so it is petite. Originally length was 62" from center back neck to hem, it is now 58" long from center back neck to hem. I am 5'3 for reference & wore heels with it.

@lowtekchic sure, just added a few. I had a hard time measuring the chest since it’s a bit billowy, but one side is 17” so it should be good for a 34” chest. The waist is 14” one side so it should fit a 28” waist.
Sorry the only pics I took in it aren’t great lighting, so it looks black, it’s actually the pretty dark green
