The neckline has an Off-White ruffled collar with multi-colored dot embroidery. The collar has two Pintucks ( a Unique feature).The bodice is fully smocked and has two lattice design sections of embroidery. Sweet floral bud vines match the colors of the embroidery in the collar. The bottom of the skirt has two rows of pin tucks that continue to the back. Short sleeves gather at the shoulder and have a simple, tailored style. A tie-back sash makes for a perfect fit.
