vanessasthreds @surfrunmom Hi! Sorry for the late reply, the marks are from the only time it was used as a carryon on the plane ride. It must be just dirt from that. I haven’t tried to clean it but it shouldn’t be hard to do. I also uploaded a new picture so you can see the size better. I don’t have the exact measurements. Hope this helps.
