This dress is kelly green with white polka dots. It has a faux wrap top, empire waist, A-line bottom, and cap sleeves. It will accommodate a larger breast size. It has loops for a belt, but does not come with a belt. It's NWOT. It got lost in the back of my closet and I never wore it. Now it doesn't fit.
