Green Knit Dress with ruffles

This is a beautiful green- not too bright or light green, knit top with ruffles at the waist and straps. It can be worn as is or layered with a white top or shirt. There is no brand mentioned, had purchased it from another store at poshmark but it didn’t fit as expected:( It has no defects and is in perfect shape and extremely amazing quality . Measurements: PTP : 12 inches, 18 inches with stretch (can go beyond it but the fit wont be as expected) Length: 18 inches Questions? Please comment below.
