Green Felt Poodle Skirt Telephone Motif w/Pouffy Underskirt S/XS

Handmade green felt poodle skirt with telephone motif, size Small or Extra Small (no size tag, please see measurements provided). Classic 50s style poodle skirt is made from green felt with cheerful yellow old-school telephone applique, set off by sparkly green sequins and faux diamonds, with a pearly swirl of white sequins at the hem. Full circle skirt is puffed out by tulle underskirt with 4 layers of flounce at the hem, providing lots of volume. Side zip with hook & bar closure. Flaws (see photo): some pilling, some loose thread loops at hem sequin border, one area of underskirt has small tear (does not impact function). Ideal for costume or cosplay.
