Charlotte Russe dress - size medium. The bottom part of the dress is lined. All of the buttons are functional - there is one button missing on the bottom (pictured) The sleeves can either be rolled up or left down to make a 3/4 sleeve. Please feel free to ask for measurements or make an offer.
