It’s fully lined, and is a much higher quality than most children’s capes. Appropriate for kids ages 3-6. My kids both absolutely loved this cape! Dino Boy was alive and well in our household for many years. Good condition. Very little wear considering how often my kids wore this, but their play was mostly indoors. A few stains on the lining and one on the green side (see pics).
