Green Aventurine/Variscite/Chalcedony w/ Carnelian and Pearl Cluster Earrings

These beautiful earrings were bought at a reputable jewelry store some years ago. I tend to wear only small earrings these days so while these are stunning, they are not quite my style anymore. I am not sure of the stone. Having looked at a stone identifier resource, I believe they are either Adventurine, Variscite or Chalcedony. The primary stone is a milky green. The small clusters above the primary stone consist of gray pearls, carnelians and greenish blue stones I cannot identify. They are 2 inches long. The wires are likely gold filled.
