This Greek Ministry Certified museum quality reproduction of an Attic outline white-ground lekythos, or jug for olive oil, Circa 400-300 BC. This pitcher is a hand painted replica of the historic vessel in Athens, made in Greece, hand spun on the wheel, with the coveted Greek Ministry pewter seal. The figure depicted in the line drawing is Apollo with his lyre. Aged look style - painted as it looks today after reconstruction. The “cracks” are painted - there is no actual damage. Approx 14” tall
