What size are the pants?

It does not say a waist measurement, but I measured the halfway at the waist, and it is 16.5. That would make it a 30-32 inch waist. The inseam is 28 inches. Hope that helps.

@cappoen is there any extra material at the bottom hem to make the pants longer? If so, how much?

@quart_knee actually there's about 2 inches. And if you took out the pleat, you would have another 2 and a half inches. there is loose stitching, so it would be easy to get out.
