Gray tank with sparkly Embellished Neckline

This tank by Forever 21 is elegant and fun. The soft jersey material is gathered at the waistline. A deep v neck is embellished with charcoal gray circles woven with sparkly thread. There are 3 small holes, barely noticeable. I included close ups and a full pic where the holes are above. Otherwise perfect.
