This beautiful skirt is a mix of grays with just a hint of black in a watercolor-esque plaid pattern. Ankle length on me 38" it does have a 3/4 lining to reduce static from movement. Bought at a boutique I was told it was an Israeli item which is why it says 5 for the size on the tag, but I have never been smaller than a large. WIDTH ACROSS WITHOUT STRETCH 14.5" WITH ELASTIC STRETCHED 20.5". Please ask questions if you have any🐕 pet friendly closet

nikkignj @diannep15 as I had suspected there is no materials tag. Based on my experience I would say it is mostly rayon / acetate blend but has that "heavy" feeling so it hangs very nicely a d doesnt really build static 😊 (the mortal enemy of office wear due to the dry nature of corp buildings)
