Gray Patterned Skirt

Lightweight skirt with semi sheer outer layer and charcoal gray lining. Elastic waist is 28 to 40 inches extended. (Waist was taken in 1” on each side and can be easily clipped to let out, so could be 30 to 42 inches. I can do this if desired, and it will not show since it is on the inside.) back length of outer layer is 32 inches lining length is 26.5.
