Brand New OTK Boots. 3" Block Heel. Opening on top is 15 inches in diameter. Calf area is around 13 inches in diameter. Ankle around 10 1/2 inches. They are Chinese sized. I'm a 6.5. So I have 39 (7) which fits me a tad big. If I wear thick socks with them they are good. Size 40 is 7.5. Second pic is for style inspiration. All the other pics are actual boot.
