time_peace @nelterry It looks like the only waterproof compartments are the exterior zipper pocket and the interior zipper pocket. The zippers have a rubbery lining over them. The pocket the passport slides into doesn't have a zipper, so that one wouldn't be waterproof.

If you think there's a chance of finding it, I'd pay your asking price of 13 + shipping. I'm not in a rush, so please take your time looking if you can (I'm not sure how many days you're given to ship).
